We bought a house!
(well, it's a duplex in Knoxville because I'm house hacking as part of our family's real estate investing strategy)
I don't typically like to celebrate big life events, but I haven't had my own living space in 2.5 years since I left NYC. I'm so happy to be back in Tennessee, back in Knoxville, and near family.
I'm really excited to have a spare bedroom for people who want to visit! And I hope you'll stop by for the housewarming!

For those of you that have asked about housewarming gifts
I really don't need anything (I have most of my stuff from NYC and Clarksville). Your showing up is the gift.
If you really want to bring something, bring coffee. A light roast from Sey Coffee (Brooklyn), Onyx Coffee Lab (Arkansas), or Black & White (North Carolina) would be amazing. They are some of my favorite roasters.
Or just buy me a cup of coffee sometime!
